Your internet connection has never been so important
We absolutely understand. Whether you’re social distancing or self-isolating, your broadband can feel like a lifeline to the outside world. Just as importantly, it keeps your family entertained when other pastimes are all on hold. We run our own network with different technology, so we can be more flexible than the bigger providers. Here are a few things we promise.
We won’t cut you off
We’ve committed to keeping all of our customers connected, even if you are struggling to pay your bill. If money’s tight don’t worry, you will always have at least 1 Mbps to do the essential things.
We’ve invested in more support
We’ve also boosted the number of engineers available to help keep everyone online because now is not the time to be cutting back on support.
We’re helping more families get connected
We are still continuing our mission to help connect people who otherwise don’t have the internet, with 20% of our network donated to supporting social causes.
This includes providing free connections and equipment to families in need, school children, charities and community groups, so they can spend their money on the things that matter most.
We don’t have over-complicated terms and conditions
We don’t think you should have to jump through hoops to get the service you need. We are a no-nonsense company and you won’t find any nasty surprises in our agreements.
