We’ve invested in more support
We’ve also boosted the number of engineers available to help keep everyone online, because now is not the time to be cutting back on support.
We’re helping more families get connected
We are still continuing our mission to help connect people who otherwise don’t have the internet, with 20% of our network donated to supporting social causes.
This includes providing free connections and equipment to families-in-need, school children, charities and community groups, so they can spend their money on the things that matter most.
You don’t need a contract with us
If you need a more flexible approach to broadband, we offer a simple pay as you go service which includes free 1 Mbps broadband that can be upgraded anytime to speeds up to 100 Mbps. You can boost your internet from just £1.49 per day and only ever pay for the broadband you use.
We don’t have silly terms and conditions
We don’t think you should have to jump through hoops to get the service you need. We are a no-nonsense company and you won’t find any nasty surprises in our agreements.
